VWV was a law firm ready for change, but not at the cost of its legacy. Our client wanted a new, distinctive and decidedly unstuffy identity that preserved the credibility they’d built over decades. Striking that balance was right in our wheelhouse.

Brief
An initial brief to refine VWV’s brand identity quickly evolved into a full rebrand as they sought a more modern and distinctive identity to align with their new strategic direction.
Context
Amid significant transformation - renovating offices and repositioning the business - VWV initially approached us to finalise a brand identity they felt comfortable with. However, through close collaboration, they embraced a bolder vision and opted for a complete rebrand that better reflected their evolution.









Creative Solution
VWV’s guiding principles (partnership, knowledge, impact) shaped their new identity, symbolised here by three dots in the brandmark. A deep navy, hand-drawn typeface conveys reliability and is balanced by a contemporary primary palette of cyans and greens, complemented by a vibrant nine-shade secondary palette. The angular letterforms extend across all branded collateral, where sharp, well-lit sector-specific photography is dynamically spliced with bold text and brightcolour accents, creating a fresh and cohesive visual language.
